Some people are good, and others are great. Sreeshma falls in the latter category of being one of the great ones. I have watched her earn the right to be called a Senior UX Designer through her hard work and attention to detail. She works very quickly to deliver quality experiences on time every time. She is always the first to take the initiative to ask questions and works diligently to solve problems. Another significant part of her character is that she takes constructive feedback very well and is always ready to take steps to improve herself and her work. She leads her peers when she sees they need an extra hand. Also, she is a great team player and has taken on a coaching role when required. She is a great human being and a welcomed addition to any team.
